All Planners and products are sent via recorded delivery 1st class. This can take between 2-3 working days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do. Postage fee may vary depending on location. Delivery can take between 5-10 working days.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All planners and products are posted via recorded delivery unless requested by customer to be posted via a courier. Customer will incur the cost of posting in this method.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

At the moment we only accept Bank Transfer, direct debit or credit card card payments.

Yes, our website is fully protected and all our payment systems are secure. Your data is secure.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

All individual orders are placed on the website. For bulk orders of our planners please contact info@ruqyaplanner.co.uk for prices and discounts.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you will be asked to create an account when placing your order. This allows you to track your order and communicate with the staff here at Ruqya Planner.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please email admin@ruqyaplanner.co.uk. If the order has not been shipped we may be able to cancel your order. However, if the order has been shipped we would only be able to refund you the amount minus the postages charges once the item has been returned to us. To change your order login to your account and make the necessary changes, if t=you have difficulties please contact us. 

How Do I Track My Order?

A reference number will be emailed to you once the package has been posted.
